Creation of MC2P, a consulting firm specialized in Environment by Patrice Gabus and his associate. Significant growth in 4 years and expansion of service areas to include Health and Safety.
Merger with 2 other consulting firms to create Novallia Conseil & Formation, declined in Novallia Environnement, Novallia Énergie and Novallia Sécurité.
Novallia turns to the development of web applications as a digital support of its consulting services.

Novallia becomes a full-fledged software publisher and launches its NV Site Regulatory Watch and Compliance application , which has been a leader in its market since its creation.
