In this unprecedented period for all of us, we assure you that you have our full support and that we are doing everything possible to ensure that our services are not affected in any way.

In order to protect our employees and our customers, we have decided not to intervene physically at our customers’ premises.

At Novallia, telecommuting, already tested, has been widely extended in order to continue to advise you in our fields of activity. Secure protocols have been put in place to ensure access to the computer system and telephone lines are redirected.

We will, of course, continue to monitor the situation and follow guidelines to minimize the spread of the virus, protect the well-being of our employees, and conduct assignments, whenever possible, by video conference.

Our employees are in contact with your operational teams in order to best adapt our solutions to your needs and constraints. Should your own business continuity plans require us to engage with you in any other way, please inform your account manager and we will adapt to your protocols and provide any necessary support. We can also provide you with the necessary expertise in the context of the shutdown and recovery of activities.

Rest assured that we will accompany our clients during this period of crisis, which we hope will be as short as possible.

COVID 19 – The regulatory texts will soon be available in NV SITE (You will be informed directly in the tool, thanks to the notifications of NV Site)

Regarding government and European directives,
Novallia provides its customers with NV SITE software:

  • in the General Database: all regulatory texts, classified by country, related to the pandemic
  • at your express request, in each of your personalized Bases: the texts applicable to your Site. This will allow you to make, if you consider it useful, the necessary compliance assessments and action plans.

These databases contain only the regulatory texts as such, but not texts relating to simple advice. They are, however, updated daily.

Of course, you can also request the services of the Online Support. These services are included in the annual subscription to NV Site.
