This bill focuses on prevention!
Creation of the Prevention Passport
This passport will list all the training courses attended by the worker on prevention and safety.
Archiving the single document
Successive versions of the “document unique d’évaluation des risques professionnels” must be kept by the employer for a minimum of 40 years. The desired objective is to be able to refer to this archive in the event of an occupational illness, even when the latter is triggered years after exposure to the risk has ceased.
Setting up a pre-recovery meeting
At the employee’s initiative, and in order to better prepare his or her return to work after a long absence, this appointment, held during the work stoppage, will inform the employee that he or she can benefit from actions to prevent professional disintegration, the pre-reinstatement examination and the individual workstation adjustment measures prescribed by the occupational physician.
Mid-career tour
A mid-career medical check-up will take place in the calendar year of the employee’s 45th birthday (or on a date set by the professional branch) for all employees.
The bill will be debated in the Senate in spring 2021. Its measures are due to come into force no later than March 31, 2022.
